It’s easy to see which MST products and support levels your site is entitled to.
Guide:
- Log into the MST Customer Portal.
- Go to the “My Entitlements” section.
- Filter by site, product, or expiry date.
- For each product, view status: active/expired, number of licences, and renewal options.
- Use the “Request Renewal” button or email renewals@mstglobal.com for assistance.
Pro Tip:
Set email alerts for licences expiring within 60 days.
