Troubleshooting MST HELIX Controller Power Issues

If your HELIX controller isn’t powering up, follow these steps.

Checklist:

1. Confirm the power supply is working and correctly connected.
2. Check the controller’s fuse (see Service Manual section 3.2). Replace if blown.
3. Try a different power cable and socket, if possible.
4. Inspect for visible damage or signs of water ingress.
5. Attempt a hard reset: Hold power button for 10 seconds.
6. If the controller display/LEDs remain inactive, note the serial number and issue, then raise a support ticket referencing your entitlement.
