Transferring Licences After Staff Turnover or Site Changes

Transferring or reallocating software licences keeps your operations compliant.

Process:

1. Identify the licence(s) to be transferred (noting licence key, user/site).
2. Go to “My Entitlements” in the portal and select “Transfer.”
3. Enter the new staff member or site details.
4. Confirm transfer and submit any required documentation.
5. MST Support will process the change and confirm by email.
