Faulty MST hardware (e.g., HELIX controller, radios) may qualify for RMA.
Process:
- Gather device info:
- Model, serial number, purchase date/location, detailed fault description.
- Attach supporting files:
- Photos of device, error messages, or proof-of-purchase where possible.
- Submit an RMA request via our RMA submission form or email rma@mstglobal.com.
- Our support team will review and respond with an RMA number and shipping instructions.
- Return the device to the address provided.
Note:
No repairs will be authorised without a valid RMA reference.
