How to Request an RMA for Faulty Devices

Faulty MST hardware (e.g., HELIX controller, radios) may qualify for RMA.

Process:

  1. Gather device info:
    • Model, serial number, purchase date/location, detailed fault description.
  2. Attach supporting files:
    • Photos of device, error messages, or proof-of-purchase where possible.
  3. Submit an RMA request via our RMA submission form or email rma@mstglobal.com.
  4. Our support team will review and respond with an RMA number and shipping instructions.
  5. Return the device to the address provided.

Note:
No repairs will be authorised without a valid RMA reference.
